    "The chairs are beautiful. However, one arrived with a missing leg screw. Since it was a metric srews, it could not be replaced. After shopping in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina home improvement stores, hardware stores and even two furniture manufacturing plants, replacement options were exhausted with no success. Finally, we found a hex bolt of a similar size, cut it down to size and sawed a screwdriver groove into the top of the bolt. The chair is now four-legged instead of three-legged. It would have been nice to not have had the challenge. Had we not been under the Thanksgiving deadline, we'd have sent them back and bought our second choice chairs.

    "I recently bought two of the chairs and I am pleased with both of them. The back side is very nicely finished which is important if you don't intend to sit it against a wall. There are no instructions for the leg assembly but the following is what worked for me. The narrower legs go on the back with the slightly flared side facing back. The thicker legs go on the front with the curved side facing inward.

    "Bought two of these chairs. Love the appearance and smaller size. The chairs are very firm but comfy enough when using an ottoman.I saw the many reviews prior to ordering the chairs. Numerous reviewers mentioned problems with attaching the legs and/or missing screws that were not sent with the chairs. I figured that surely the company had seen the complaints and was dealing with the issue. I rec'd my chairs on separate days. The first had no screws included, the second showed up two days later with screws. I contacted Overstock via their online chat service and the pack of screws showed up two days later. Excellent customer service from Overstock, but why are the chairs still being sent without screws and/or instructions?

    "Love the chair. Only wish that they would include directions for assembly of legs. I only knew how to assemble by reading someone elses review of the chair. Chair is well made and fits well in the small corner that I needed it for. Not made to be a comfy reading chair, but perfect for nice extra seating in my den.
